Official Rules Updated 2022

l) That the Club be Named The Leigh Park Workingmen's Flying Club.

2) That The Club Flies both the North and South Routes.

3) That the Club be Limited to Thirty Members Only.

4) That All New Members pay £10 Joining Fee.

5) That all Fee's to be paid by lst March.

6) That Non Flying Members to Pay a Reduced Fee of £33 plus RPRA and Federation Administration charges /Fee's

7) That All Members Must Arrive with Their Pigeons for Basketing by 18-45 Hours.

8) Any Member to take any or all prizes in any race by the Club.

9) In the event of any race where there is only one bird in race time that bird shall take all prizes.

I0) That Prize Cards be issued for the First six Positions.

11) That all members competing in racing pay £I per race for Transport.

12) That Members Pay a Clock Fee of £7-00 for each Mechanical clock used per year. Members using E.T.S. & T3 clocks pay an annual fee of £5-00 to cover cost of ink Toner, Rolls and paper for printing.

13) That Each Full Membership to pay £22 towards the Secretary and Treasurers Honorarium per year, £14 to Secretary £8 to Treasurer.

14) That the Club Radius be Five Miles from the Club Headquarters.

15) That The Club Fee be £l5 plus RPRA Fee and Federation Fees per year.

16) That all competing members pay £I per race which will constitute Prize Money for the Race Entered. Prize Money to be paid for First and Second Positions with 70% for lst Place and 30% for 2nd Place.

17) That all Members take turns at going to the Transporter with the birds.

18) That all Members Attend the Club for Three Way Testing to assist with Clock Checking Striking etc-;

19) That all Members Pay Fee's for the Federation they wish to compete in and pay Administration charge to the federation they do not wish to race with either North or South Members wishing to compete in both North and South to pay Fee's for both.

20) All Applications for membership will be accepted throughout the year, All such applications will be required to apply to the Leigh Park Workingmen's Club for Membership upon its annual registration intake in February of the coming or previous year.

21) That members must inform the Secretary the day before Marking if they are not Competing. Any member not competing but available to assist with marking to inform the secretary.

22) That all competing members assist with the marking of birds and the setting of clocks for both North and South Road Races.

23) That The person inputting details of birds onto members E.T.S. File and assigning the E.T.S. rings to be paid £10 by each member that requires ring assignment to be done.
